COLOR
Well, not the best picture I have ever taken,
but it was through the screen from my kitchen window.
The bright red against the dull gray background of my
life right now, was a welcomed sight. The little bird
beneath the Cardinal, was a surprise as I enlarged this
picture.

Ginger, I do wish you'd stop making excuses for ANY your pictures - they are always beautiful, thought-provoking, or contain surprises (and more often than not all three of the above!) I wonder if the drab little bird in the bare bush realizes that if only he looked up he would see a blaze of color? Perhaps your life seems gray from your perspective (understandably) but to those of us who are lucky to share your current creative impulses there is luminescence surrounding you!

i didn't notice the little bird below either. the different layers of contrast are just amazing. i love this one too...
