Although this Amaryllis is really a beautiful red,
I thought it looked intriguing in sepia!

I did a project of a picture a day for 2008 and recorded them in a book. To do so on my blog seems like a daunting task, and so I am doing them weekly. Awesome in sepia. By subtracting the color from the photo (in a sense), the eye just gets to hone in on the lovely shape of the flower & how beautifully you framed it here. Nice shot!
