I had to stand there by the feeder until my legs hurt, and my arms felt like they were going to fall off.....the small camera gets heavy after a while....
I had to wait until the birds felt I was safe enough that they could come and feed near me......my wait paid off!!!!

Awesome! Yes, your painful/long wait definitely paid off! And it's so much fun to be so close that you can hear their little chirps and see their tiny feet.
